By accessing or using TradeGrader ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and contributors.
TradeGrader is a community platform that allows traders to post trade setups, receive grades and feedback from other community members, and access educational content about trading. The platform uses artificial intelligence to provide automated trade analysis and grading.
Nothing on TradeGrader constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All content, grades, analysis, AI-generated feedback, and community comments are provided for educational and informational purposes only. TradeGrader is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment firm. You should not make any trading or investment decisions based solely on content found on this platform. Trading financial instruments involves significant risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use TradeGrader. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
By posting content on TradeGrader — including trade setups, chart screenshots, comments, and analysis — you grant TradeGrader a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your trade data and the content you post. You must not post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or in violation of any third party's rights.
TradeGrader is built on honest, respectful feedback. You agree not to: post deliberately false trade data to manipulate grades or leaderboards; harass, abuse, or threaten other users; post spam or promotional content without permission; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform; impersonate other users or TradeGrader staff; post content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful.
TradeGrader uses Claude by Anthropic to generate automated trade grades and analysis. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may contain errors or inaccuracies. AI grades are not a guarantee of trade quality, profitability, or accuracy. You should apply your own judgment to all AI-generated analysis.
The TradeGrader name, logo, design, and software are the property of TradeGrader and are protected by intellectual property laws. The educational content in the Learn section is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from TradeGrader's content without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeGrader shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including trading losses. The platform is provided 'as is' without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
