TradeGrader respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy outlines how we handle copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international laws.
Users may upload chart screenshots from platforms such as TradingView, MetaTrader, and others. These screenshots are used solely for the purpose of journaling and educational trade analysis within the platform. If you believe a chart screenshot or other content uploaded by a user infringes your copyright, please follow the takedown process below.
To submit a DMCA takedown notice, email us at anhskii@gmail.com with the subject line 'DMCA Takedown Request'. Your notice must include: (1) your full legal name and contact information; (2) a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (3) a description of the specific content on TradeGrader you are claiming infringes your copyright, including the URL or location of the content; (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner; (5) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf; (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will: promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content; notify the user who posted the content; and provide information about how they may file a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed in error.
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to anhskii@gmail.com. Your counter-notice must include: your full name and contact information; identification of the removed content and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court; and your physical or electronic signature.
TradeGrader reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights of others.
All DMCA notices and counter-notices should be sent to: anhskii@gmail.com
