This Acceptable Use Policy defines what is and is not permitted on TradeGrader. It applies to all users and all content on the platform. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning.
TradeGrader may be used to: post real trades you have taken for journaling and educational purposes; grade and provide constructive feedback on other users' trade setups; read and discuss educational content about trading strategies and risk management; ask questions via the AI chat feature about trading concepts; participate in respectful community discussion about trading.
You must not post fabricated trade data, including false entry prices, stop loss levels, take profit levels, or chart screenshots that have been altered or manipulated. You must not backfill trades — posting trades with a timestamp earlier than when you actually took them. You must not selectively post only your winning trades to artificially inflate your profile statistics. Grade manipulation — coordinating with other users to inflate or deflate each other's grades — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent banning of all parties involved.
You must not post: content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory towards other users or any group of people; spam, unsolicited promotions, or repetitive content; advertisements for trading services, signal groups, courses, or any paid products without explicit written permission from TradeGrader; content that violates any applicable laws or regulations; content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party; personal or financial information about other individuals without their consent.
TradeGrader is not a financial promotion platform. You must not use the platform to solicit clients, promote paid trading services, advertise signal groups, or make any claims about returns or profitability that could constitute a financial promotion under applicable laws. Any content that could be construed as a financial promotion may be removed without notice.
You must not: create multiple accounts to evade a ban or gain unfair advantages on the leaderboard; attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from TradeGrader without written permission; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the platform's software or infrastructure; use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or private data.
You must not attempt to manipulate or jailbreak the AI features on TradeGrader to produce outputs that violate these policies or Anthropic's usage policies. You must not use AI-generated content from TradeGrader to deceive other users about the nature or quality of your trades.
TradeGrader reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of this policy. Actions we may take include: issuing a warning, removing specific content, temporarily suspending an account, or permanently banning an account. The severity of the action will depend on the nature and frequency of the violation. We are not obligated to provide reasons for moderation decisions, though we aim to be transparent where possible.
