When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and optional profile information such as a bio and avatar photo. When you use the platform, we collect trade data you voluntarily submit including instrument, entry, stop loss, take profit, chart screenshots, and reasoning. We also collect usage data such as which pages you visit and features you use, to improve the platform.
We use the information you provide to operate and improve the TradeGrader platform, display your trades and profile to the community, generate AI-powered trade grades and analysis via Anthropic's Claude API, send you notifications about your trades and reviews (if enabled), and respond to your support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
TradeGrader uses Claude by Anthropic to analyse trade setups and generate grades and feedback. When you submit a trade, your trade data (instrument, prices, reasoning, and chart screenshot) is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. This data is processed according to Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not use your trade data to train AI models. Chart screenshots are stored securely in Supabase Storage and are only used for AI analysis and display within the platform.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted in the EU West (London) region. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and access controls to protect your data. Chart screenshots and avatar images are stored in Supabase Storage with public read access — do not upload images containing sensitive personal or financial information beyond your trade setup.
Trades you post on TradeGrader are visible to all registered users of the platform. Your username, grade distribution, and accuracy score are visible on leaderboards. Comments and reviews you write are attributed to your username and visible to other users. If you delete a trade, it is removed from the platform, though it may remain in other users' notifications briefly.
TradeGrader uses the following third-party services: Supabase for database and file storage, Anthropic (Claude API) for AI trade analysis, and Vercel for hosting and deployment. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We encourage you to review their policies.
TradeGrader uses browser local storage to remember your onboarding status and notification preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Session authentication is managed via secure HTTP-only cookies set by Supabase.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data, export your trade data, and opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at anhskii@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. Trade data you have posted may remain visible briefly until our deletion process completes.
TradeGrader is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
